Drawing has a creative, expressive and educational value; it remains fundamental to translating and analyzing the world. It is a means of communication as well as a problem-solving tool, for children are not only able to see what they are thinking, they are also able to play around with and transform their ideas.
The Art and Craft department at Adarsh allows students to elaborately express themselves in whatever situation put forth to them. Children are sponges of all the information that they are exposed to. By participating in competitions, be it inter school or Intra School, not only do the students build confidence, they are exposed to different drawing techniques and styles and a different learning experience entirely . The purpose being to transcend beyond creativity and imagination.
